How measurement, fabrication and installation work

What happens between your first call and the moment your new windows and doors are in place, and how to get your site ready.

Step by step

  1. Enquiry

Call, WhatsApp or send the quote form with your location, property type and the openings you have in mind. Photos of the openings help.

  2. Site visit and measurement

We measure each opening and discuss type, configuration, glass and hardware with you. Within our service area this is done on site.

  3. Quote and confirmation

You receive a quote for the agreed specification. Fabrication starts once you confirm the order and measurements.

  4. Fabrication and installation

Your windows and doors are made at our facility in Gurugram, then delivered and installed at your site.

After you send an enquiry

Our team is available from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. We check website enquiries several times a day. Once your enquiry has been received, we will review your requirements and revert shortly.

Getting a new building ready

Windows and doors are made to the exact size of each opening, so final measurements are best taken when the openings are finished. Before installation, check that:

  • Plastering around the openings is complete and the edges are square
  • Stone or marble sills and frames are fitted in their final position
  • Heavy civil work near the openings is finished
  • There is safe access to each opening, including scaffolding for high openings if needed

Existing homes

When we replace windows in a lived-in home, each old frame is removed and the new one fitted in its place. Some making good of plaster or paint around the frames may be needed afterwards. See replacement and renovation.

After installation

uPVC frames are cleaned with a damp cloth; tracks and hinges should be kept free of dust. If something needs adjustment later, contact us.
